FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: I have replied to an e-mail to ask a question,
but have received no response?
A: This is an automatic system and the reply-to
e-mail address is not manually attended to.
To contact the Webmaster, or to contact another staff
member, please visit the Contact Us page!
Q: I have subscribed but am receiving no e-mails!
A: This is most likely because your e-mail program is
flagging our messages as spam. To avoid this, add
"emailclub@orpheum.com.au" as a contact.
Q: I cannot view any of the images in the e-mail.
What can I do?
A: This is most likely because your e-mail program is
flagging our messages as spam. To avoid this, add
"emailclub@orpheum.com.au" as a contact.
We do, however, provide a link within all of our e-mails
to view or print these e-mails externally.
Q: I don't have a printer. Can I still access the offers?
A: For the weekly offers, we do require you to print out
the e-mail and present it accordingly at the box office.
However, we do occasionally offer discounts which do not
require anything to be printed out, so don't let this
fact keep you from joining our club!
Q: Will you give my name and/or e-mail address to any
third-party companies?
A: Absolutely not. All information we receive from you is
used strictly for our E-mail club. For further information on
